Are the products physical books?+
No. All products are digital files (mainly PDF, with editable Word documents for selected resources). Printing is done by the customer.
How do I pay?+
Checkout is designed for mobile money through Payaza. The networks available are shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed only after the payment is verified.
When do I get my files?+
As soon as your payment is confirmed you are taken to your download page, and the link is emailed to you.
How many times can I download?+
Each file can be downloaded up to 2 times within 15 days of purchase. Save your files to your phone or computer after downloading.
I lost my download link.+
Open 'My downloads' and enter your order number and email, or contact us on WhatsApp.
Can I preview a product before buying?+
Yes. Product pages show the cover and selected sample pages where available. The full resource is only delivered after purchase.
Why does a product say 'Contact us for availability'?+
Its price or availability is still being confirmed. Message us and we'll let you know.
Can I share the files with other teachers?+
