Accept the quotation and pay the down payment. Work starts once it is confirmed.
Follow progress, review drafts, request revisions, then download your final files.
Submitting a request does not mean the project has been accepted. A 50% down payment of the approved quotation is normally required before work begins.

All custom projects begin with a submitted project request. MKDigitalCreatives will review the client's requirements and provide a quotation based on the scope, complexity, deliverables, and estimated turnaround time.
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance of the project.
A 50% down payment of the approved project quotation is required before work begins.
The down payment confirms the client's commitment and reserves time for the project.
No custom work will commence until the agreed down payment has been received and confirmed.
For small projects or services with a fixed price, MKDigitalCreatives may require full payment upfront.
The remaining balance must be paid before final, unwatermarked deliverables are released.
For a project using a 50% down payment, the remaining balance will normally be 50%.
Where agreed in writing, large projects may use milestone payments instead.
The quotation covers only the work and deliverables agreed upon before the project begins.
Additional requirements, significant revisions, or changes to the original scope may attract additional charges and affect the delivery date.
Additional charges must be communicated to and approved by the client before the extra work begins.
Before Work Begins: If a client cancels a project before work begins, the down payment will be refunded less the transaction fee incurred during the payment process.
After Work Begins: If a client cancels a project after work has started, the down payment will not be refunded, subject to applicable law.
Cancellation by MKDigitalCreatives: If MKDigitalCreatives cancels a project without completing the agreed work, the client will receive a full refund of the down payment.
Refunds must be processed or verified before being marked as completed.
Clients must provide the information, documents, approvals, and feedback required to complete their projects.
Delays caused by missing information, late feedback, or changes requested by the client may affect the agreed delivery date.
MKDigitalCreatives will communicate significant delays and agree on a revised timeline with the client.
Final deliverables will be released after the full agreed payment has been received.
Editable source files, working files, and additional formats are included only when specified in the approved quotation.
By accepting a quotation and paying the required down payment, the client confirms acceptance of the agreed scope of work, quoted price, payment schedule, and estimated delivery timeline.
Clients must acknowledge this policy before submitting a project request and confirm the applicable quotation and payment terms before work begins.
